The first phase of the Maumee Police Facility was a Needs Assessment including evaluation of four sites with a decision that the current downtown site was the preferred location. This 54,600 square foot building will include THF/12H holding facility, communications center, large meeting/training room, and firing range. Composition of the new police facility and current municipal building provides a new public courtyard.
