The Centerville
Police Department & Washington Township Fire Department Needs
Assessment included an analysis for combined police department and
fire headquarters and training facilities.
Study
investigated options on three sites. It was determined that
the project would include only the police department. The
building is integrated into the large central city park
while maintaining visibility to a primary street. Includes
8H/5D holding facility, communications center, large meeting/training
room, and firing range. Square footage is 38,500 sq. ft.
